"Hotel has on its website they have air conditioning however it’s misleading since it’s only seasonal. Room was very hot and they don’t encourage you to open the windows because of insects flying in."

"Lovely hotel, huge pool & spa facilities were great. Fantastic massage. Loved so many breakfast choices with many healthy options. Only negative was as it was April they were not serving drinks to the pool, although you could take them there yourself. Highly recommend."

"We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"

"Fantastic breakfast, great variety and quality. Very quiet to sleep, excellence rest. They give bicycles to reach town centre, which is an excellent idea. I will definitely return for longer!"

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were most helpful and courteous! The position of the hotel was also very convenient and within a short walk into Bardolino. Breakfast in the panoramic restaurant on the top floor with views over the lake was memorable and one that i will remember for a long time, it really was special!"

"The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future."

"Spa facilities were extensive and extremely well maintained. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping has to be commended. Will definitely return. "

"This was a perfect place to stay with our big family. Everything is small in the bungalows but big enough to comfortably sleep eat and cook. Everything was very clean. I love that. There is a restaurant in a market in the campground, which made it very convenient for meals. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that we had to rent towels and we had to buy our own toilet paper. But other than that, everything was great."
