30 sqm apartment under the slope (35 sqm floor) for 4 people, with West facing balcony on the 3rd floor without elevator. It includes A corner mountain with 2 single beds (in 80) under the slope. A living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people. TV in the living room. A kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Parking at the foot of the residence. Private ski locker. The beds are equipped with duvets.

Villard d Arène is a typical mountain village facing south south west at 1650 m altitude. it benefits from a protected natural environment, protected flora and fauna close to the Ecrins National Park.
