- A comfortable living room (with a 140cm sofa bed) opening onto a south-facing balcony.

- A fully equipped kitchen, separate from the living room.

- A master bedroom (160cm bed) with built-in storage, also opening onto the balcony.

- A second bedroom (140cm bed) with storage.

- A shower room with a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.

For added convenience: the apartment includes a large private storage room where sports equipment or other items can be stored.
