Excellent property - only stayed a few nights as a base for a cycling trip. Lots of good cycling on the doorstep. Accommodation was what we we expecting. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but my family said they were very good. Views and location are amazing!

Cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un beau séjour au coeur de la montagne. L'appartement était propre. L'équipe était à l'écoute de nos besoin. Le traiteur dans le Hameau du beufortain est très acceuillant Nous reviendrons.

Vacances ski Les saisies CGH

Localisation très bien au pied des pistes par contre loin du village à pied mais il y a la navette toute les 10 - 15 minutes. Appartement vieillissant mais confortable et propre. Piscine et jacuzzi propre mais trop petit vu le nombre de personne le soir après le ski. Salle de sport très bien mais matériel pas toujours très opérationnel notamment le tapis de course qui fonctionne pas toujours bien au niveau du coupe circuit. petit commerce d'approvisionnement d'urgence. Location ski juste à coté. Place de parking extérieur et intérieur mais attention petite pente si jamais il y a des la neige et du verglas. Station superbe pour le ski en famille.

Un séjour très agréable avec un niveau de prestation vraiment correct, bien que le personnel soit de bon conseil il manquerait peut être dans les appartements ou à l'accueil, des dépliants et plans des randonnées à faire dans les environs.

Appartement avec jolie vue dans belle résidence

L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Il se trouve dans une résidence haut de gamme. 2 petits bémols : - la réception ne répond pas aux messages envoyés par abritel et il est parfois difficile de les avoir par téléphone. Par contre, une fois sur place, ils sont très à l'écoute des clients et réactifs - il n'y a quasiment pas de signal 4G. Il y a du wifi qui a marché sur nos PC mais pas sur iphone

Malgré la situation sanitaire actuelle, on attend/espère plus d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Check in pas avant 17h et check out avant 10h. On doit faire la moitié du travail des femmes de ménage en partant. Petit détail un peu choquant pour ce niveau de standing, il faut penser à acheter son PQ ... en dehors de cela, le cadre est très beau et la magie de la neige opère.

au bord des pistes, tout sur place

domaine situé loin du centre village sur les hauteurs de la station vers le mont bisanne, mais tout est sur place, même la location de skis : on n'a pas besoin de prendre sa voiture tous les jours. Le traiteur est très bon. Chambres propres et literie confortable. Le Spa est un plus appréciable. Une bonne expérience.

Convenient and great location. But some problems.

Great Resort, on of the best, Room in a great location close to the slopes. The single beds room a little on the small side. Double beroom, Kitchen and Bathroom all great, Sofa bed a little uncomfortable (as usual with these) Only spoilt by a lack of attention by the staff, namely dust in the room where it hadn't been cleaned properly, WiFi that only worked intermittently due to a lack of available connections most of the time (under specified system) The Spa floor was always dirty, hot tubs and steam rooms out of action at times, showers only had cold water. It spoilt what could have been fantastic, hopefully they will read this review and fix all of this in time for new customers. Would still recommend this if on a budget and want Ski In/Ski Out

A éviter de toute urgence

J'avais loué 1 appart avec 1 chambre pour 2 enfants et 1 adulte pour 3 nuits, 900€. On est arrivé il y a avait 1 chambre pour 1 adulte avec un grand lit et 2 lits d'appoints dans le salon. Le lit adulte dans la chambre était fait (draps et serviettes) et en se couchant à 23h00 on se rend compte que les 2 lits d'appoint ne sont pas fait, pas de draps et réception fermée. J'ai dormis habillée sur le canapé, à 300 € par jour !! Le lendemain, on m'a dit que l'accueil avait été mal fait. Aucun excuse. Le surlendemain on m'a reproché que c'était de ma faute de ne pas avoir récupéré les draps, alors que j'ai loué un appart tout équipé. La chambre pour 1 adulte est en fait 2 lits cote à cote avec une seule couette et drap. Les lits glissent sur le parquet, on finit sa nuit entre les 2 petits lits. Le frigo congèle à 2, on mange la raclette en morceaux car c'est tout congelé et on jette la salade toute gelée. Le sol carrelé, au dernier niveau, est mal isolé et on marche sur un sol froid sans cesse. Faut vivre avec chaussette et chausson. La vue de la chambre est sur un mur,la vue du salon est sur un tas de neige. La vue de la baie vitrée est qd même sur la montagne. L’hôtel est beau mais loin de tout et 1 bus par heure, dernier à 18h00. Sortie obligatoire en voiture.Il y a un dépôt de pain mais sans pain car il faut réserver la veille. A éviter si vous souhaitez passer de belles vacances.

Fin d'été aux Saisies...

... avec un séjour de 15 jours au Hameau du Beaufortain CGH. Les "+" : le site au-dessus de la station avec une super vue sur le Mont-Blanc, un centre aquatique vaste et propre, une résidence récente et bien entretenue, des rangements nombreux, un traiteur de qualité à tarifs raisonnables. Les "-" : la mauvaise insonorisation des appartements (carrelage, portes, VMC, etc.), le confort spartiate indigne d'un 4*, la vue quelconque depuis les chambres, le dérangement répétitif et pénible du ménage tôt le matin en raison des arrivées/départs quasi-quotidiens. Bilan : un peu déçu au regard des prestations affichées, donc pas sûr de revenir ici, même si la destination des Saisies est bien agréable...
