Renovated to host up to 5 guests on the 15th floor, with direct access to the Voie Lactée chairlift.



    Highlights: South-facing balcony with panoramic, unobstructed views of the slopes and alpine meadows. Ample storage, ideal for bulky ski gear. Fully pedestrian resort, perfect for families. Free parking and EV charging stations. Quiet residence with 6 elevators.



    The apartment features a sleeping area with a sofa bed (140×190) and mezzanine bed, a living room with convertible sofa (160×190). Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, barbecue. Bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer, separate toilet. Mini washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fiber wifi. Ski locker, baby bed, and booster seat available.



    The resort offers year-round activities: in winter, 310 km of slopes, sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiles, dog sledding; in summer, Bike Park, MTB, GR5/GR55 trails, mountain lakes. Famous mountain passes (Croix de Fer, Galibier, Glandon, Mollard) 30–45 min away. On site: heated pool, jacuzzi, cinema, gym, kids’ club. Shops 2 min walk.



    Easy access: by car (A43 exit 27, 15 km), train (TGV Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, 15 km), airports (Lyon, Geneva, Chambéry). Free shuttle in season.
