Apartment house "Vostok Zodiaque", 17 storeys. 150 m from the centre of Corbier, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 30 m. Shop, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 250 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes, ski school 100 m, ski-kindergarten 50 m, sled run 100 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 100 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.
1-room studio 24 m2 on 14th floor, north-east facing position. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Alcove with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds (120 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (TASSIMO), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Très bon appartement, équipé très correctement, vu sympathique, par contre gros point noir sur le ménage, entre un cure-dent usé avec les miettes sur la table, le papier détachable de serviettes hygiéniques sous le lavabo, c’est assez moyen, surtout en ces temps de Covid où il est indiqué que c’est renforcé pour garantir la sécurité des voyageurs ect ect.
