L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. "We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"I used this apartment as my base while visiting my son in Perigueux, and it couldn't have worked out better. The flat is clean and comfortable, great for one or two people. I loved the decor, and the layout was perfect for me. Easy and convenient.Take note if you travel with a lot of luggage that the stairway in the building is narrow, so might be a challenge to navigate with large bags."
