Living Room

The inviting living room features French doors opening onto the terrace, a table with 8 chairs, a corner sofa, bookshelf, and TV. The terrace is covered with grapevines and roses. High-speed fiber wifi is available throughout the house and by the pool. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room. The house is wheelchair accessible.



Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, bread maker, mixer, food processor, juicer, Nespresso machine, and a small smoker. Basic supplies like flour, sugar, spices, and olive oil are provided in the cupboards.



Pizza Oven / Barbecue

Next to the house is an outdoor kitchen with a large table, countertop, and a wood-fired pizza oven. You can bake homemade pizzas or prepare meat, fish, and vegetables (like foil-wrapped eggplant). In France, summer garden barbecues are not allowed, but the pizza oven can be used. Plenty of wood is available. There is also a large gas barbecue for quick use.



Bedrooms

The spacious ground-floor bedroom has French doors to the terrace and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and sink. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One has a 2.20 m bed. Both overlook the garden and pool. On request, 1 or 2 extra beds can be added, accommodating up to 8 guests.



Pool

The saltwater pool means less chlorine smell and no stinging eyes. There is a shallow area for children.



Sauna

Wood-fired and available year-round.



Games

A large trampoline and table tennis are provided. More toys are in the garden shed.



Grounds

The flat grounds are perfect for play. We often set up a "play kitchen" for little ones (see photo).
