VillaFranche is located in the authentic village of Villefranche-du-Périgord, at the southern tip of the Dordogne, between the Dordogne and Lot rivers. The hilly, wooded region is perfect for hiking, cycling, and enjoying peace, nature, and fine cuisine.



The area is rich in history: in Périgord Pourpre, discover the Monbazillac and Pécharmant vineyards, the historic town of Bergerac, and beautiful bastide towns like Monpazier, Beaumont, and Eymet. Périgord Noir is known for its UNESCO-listed prehistoric caves, impressive castles, and picturesque villages such as Domme, Beynac, and La Roque-Gageac.



VillaFranche is a detached holiday home on a 7,000 m² private plot with no neighbors. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find shops, restaurants, a bank, tobacco shop, public pool, and fishing pond.



The house accommodates up to 6 guests, with capacity for up to 10. On the first floor: spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two singles.



Amenities depend on group size: for up to 6 guests, there’s one toilet, one bathroom (bath/shower), and a cooktop. For more than 6, there are two toilets, two showers, a bath, and two cooktops (one with oven).



Two terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, and shutters ensure your comfort. Wifi is included. The TV works only with a DVD player.

In high season, rentals are Saturday to Saturday; off-season, arrival and departure days are flexible. Tenants may pitch a tent on the property. Long stays and winter rentals available on request.
