The owners, Jean and Michèle, are available and love the great outdoors and can advise you on hiking and cycling trails. Just 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village shops, this gîte on the first floor of a house (unoccupied ground floor) welcomes you to the pretty village of Villelongue de la Salanque. Close to all shops and amenities, enjoy this well-equipped gîte with a veranda, terrace, and plancha grill. This gîte, with its own separate entrance, includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed (140 cm), a second bedroom (2 single beds (90 cm), and a separate bathroom with a separate toilet). The accommodation is equipped with a stairlift and grab bars for the toilet and shower. Storage space is available for bicycles, beach equipment, and hiking gear. Parking nearby in the surrounding streets. A warm welcome awaits you in this apartment which benefits from beautiful light due to its geographical location.
