L'Hirondelle is a detached cottage in a quiet location, 12 km from the beaches and 20 km from Pornic.

Private parking is available on the property.

There is a south-facing wooden terrace and a 300 m² unfenced garden overlooking a secure pond and animals (goats, sheep, geese, etc.).

The cottage is on one level and comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: two 90x190 cm beds), a shower room, a separate WC, and a utility room (accessible through a low doorway).

Amenities include: cot/high chair, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Bed linen is provided.

Not included: electricity, heating/reversible air conditioning, towels (€10/person), and end-of-stay cleaning (€80). Pets allowed (deposit €100).
