The Gîte de Pégru' is located in a peaceful, rural setting, yet only 15 km from the beaches of La Bernerie en Retz, 6 km from the train station and shops, and 32 km from Nantes. Although attached to the owners' house, it is completely independent (with no overlooking neighbors).
Private wooden terrace (north/east facing) and 1000 m² unfenced garden with a wooded area.
Private parking on the property + garden shed for bicycles.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living/dining room, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) and shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot, 2 mountain bikes.
Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen.
Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
