  • ALL INCLUSIVE formula, in the heart of the Loire castles, large family house of charm, very clear and sunny, enjoying all the comfort and a very neat decoration. Enclosed wooded garden of 3200 m2, very pleasant summer veranda of 40 m2 with farmhouse table that can accommodate 12 people and large plancha. The kitchen, completely redesigned and redone in April 2011, benefits from all the comforts and opens onto the garden and the dining room. A walk-in shower redone in 2013 and a bathroom redone in 2019.
    Tennis and fishing in the village (1 km).
    Served by 3 freeways of your choice:
    - A85 exit 13 Chemery - Selles sur Cher (17 km)
    - A22 exit 10 Vatan - Valençay (35 km)
    - A10 exit 17 Blois (50 km)
    The inventory for entry will be done upon your arrival.
    A deposit of 800 euros is requested on arrival, against delivery of the keys, and will be returned on the day of exit, after the inventory.
