ALL INCLUSIVE formula, in the heart of the Loire castles, large family house of charm, very clear and sunny, enjoying all the comfort and a very neat decoration. Enclosed wooded garden of 3200 m2, very pleasant summer veranda of 40 m2 with farmhouse table that can accommodate 12 people and large plancha. The kitchen, completely redesigned and redone in April 2011, benefits from all the comforts and opens onto the garden and the dining room. A walk-in shower redone in 2013 and a bathroom redone in 2019.
Tennis and fishing in the village (1 km).

- A85 exit 13 Chemery - Selles sur Cher (17 km)
- A22 exit 10 Vatan - Valençay (35 km)
- A10 exit 17 Blois (50 km)

Family stay in the Loire Valley

We stayed in this house for 5 nights. The property is awesome and as advertised. There is a large yard with all the necessary amenities. The property was clean and well stocked. Many activities are within an hour drive. The property is very quite and secluded, ideal for a get away. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back.

Tout était absolument parfait !L’accueil et la disponibilité de la dame en charge de cette magnifique maison,la décoration soignée et pleine de charme, la cheminée, la cuisine et ses équipements complets, la literie et le splendide jardin ainsi que la salle de billard avec son bar et une autre cheminée (ancienne forge) ont rendu notre séjour en famille délicieux ! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison et nous étions à proximité de toutes commodités, du Zoo de Beauval et des châteaux. Nous reviendrons à la belle saison ! Merci beaucoup !

un charme d'autrefois accueillant et confortable

Nous avons passé 3 soirées idylliques dans une maison qui a du charme, trés propre, bien équipée, bien pensée. quelque soit les pièces, elles sont spacieuses, lumineuses, décorées sobrement avec goût. Literie au top, salle de bains et salle d'eau aussi. Cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut en équipement et même plus qu'il n'en faut. tout fonctionne, tout est clean. un grand jardin pour les enfants et des coins relaxants pour les grands. elle est bien située par rapport au parc de Beauval, on atteint trés facilement le parking sud et l'entrée. Seul bémol, sa situation en bordure de la rue principale car nous sommes réveillés le matin par le bruit des voitures et des tracteurs car les moissons commencent. mais ce n'est qu'un petit bémol par rapport à tout le reste. Par contre l'ecole à côté n'est pas du tout génante. Franchement, à 10 personnes, on ne se gêne jamais les uns, les autres même dans la cuisine.
