In Berry, close to the Loire Valley castles including Valençay, 10 minutes from the lakes (swimming) of Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle and 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo, house with large terrace, part of which is covered, and small garden.
Shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace) with 2 other gîtes, heated and open from June 1st to September 15th, available from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] House with private driveway leading to a garage. Access to the house via a staircase leading to the large terrace.
Large, bright living room with stove - fitted kitchen - bedroom with 1 double bed - bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (double bed) - bathroom with toilet.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (€80 per cubic meter).
End-of-stay cleaning included. Ping-pong table available. Tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and pond (300 meters away) shared with other lodgings.
