It is less than 50 m from the beach, has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it includees an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises :

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: with a pull-out bed or 2 single beds.

Duplex du bord de mer Appartement neuf bien équipé , très bien situé , et une belle vue sur le coucher du soleil . Mais il est à noter que l'absence de store sur les velux (difficiles à ouvrir également ) des chambres n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce et c’est assez contraignant surtout avec des enfants en bas âge qui font encore la sieste !
