Le Greenwich - Résidence avec piscine partagée chauffée

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming flat with swimming pool, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi we are waiting for you!

The flat, which faces north-east, is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area for 4 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days

Common area:
- A shared (heated) swimming pool with two pools, including one for children, enclosed by a fence and open from June 15 to September 15 (opening dates non-contractual).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer.

The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a secure residence with a 3.5 hectare park with a tennis court. You will be able to benefit from a 15-minute walk to the town centre with all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Die Einrichtung war ansprechend. 🙁 Die Stromversorgung war unterirdisch. Als wir angekommen waren, kein Licht im Haus, zum Glück nicht erst abends gemerkt. Der Austausch der Birnen, hatte keinen Erfolg. nach längerem Suchen, haben wir den Fehler gefunden, die Schmelzsicherung (kein Automat !!!) war defekt. Nach Austausch der Sicherung hatten wir Licht, bis gekocht wurde. Die Sicherung viel pro Tag mindestens 5 mal raus. Es kann eigentlich nicht sein, das ein Mieter eine Sicherung im Sicherungskasten wechseln muss und das der Vermieter nicht merkt, das kein Strom da ist."

Le Greenwich Aucun grief à mentionner, endroit très facile d’accès, la dame d’accueil très gentille, très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, aux restaurants, à la plage, aux places de parking (notre séjour s’est fait au mois de mai). L’appartement se trouve dans un parc très beau et bien tenu, sécurisé avec portail d’entrée avec code. Parking sur place.L’appartement est très bien agencé, très confortable et l’environnement super calme. Très belle terrasse, cuisine bien équipée. Pour nous séjour parfait et pourtant 6 jours de pluie sur 10 ! Seul bémol, la température de l’eau de la douche n’est pas constante, trop chaude ou froide.
