In Villerville, a 5-minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from Deauville, Les Embruns is a family home for 10 people with a view of the sea. It has a large garden that goes around the house, with terrace, barbecue, deckchairs and parasols, ideal for enjoying the days outside.

The house is organised on several levels.
On the ground floor, an entrance leads to the different spaces. You will find a bright living room with fireplace, open to a convivial kitchen, ideal for meals with family or friends. This level also includes a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as a relaxation area with bar and table football.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A large master bedroom completes the set, with an adjoining space equipped with two additional single beds, ideal for children or a modular configuration according to needs. WIFI is available throughout the house.

The house also has a basement with laundry room and garage-type access, convenient for storage and living space.

Outside, the garden completely surrounds the house and offers several living areas: a dining table, a barbecue, deckchairs and parasols. The sea view completes this setting and reinforces the exotic atmosphere of the place.

Finally, the house is located in a quiet residential area, with a few houses nearby, offering a peaceful environment while remaining close to the sea and amenities. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

In addition, there is a charge for parking in front of the house during the summer, free parking is available within the property (2 cars).

To make your stay even more enjoyable, our room service offers you many additional services: home massages, private chef, aperitif board delivery, wine tastings, bike rental, vehicle cleaning, wood delivery and many other services on request.

On arrival, beds will be prepared and linen (towels, bath mats and tea towels) will be provided. Dressing gowns and slippers can also be provided at an additional cost.
Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange your welcome. She will give you the keys and will remain your privileged contact throughout your stay.

Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Before your stay, you will be asked to pay a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card) as well as a certificate of civil liability.
