The spacious living area forms the heart of the apartment and is furnished with a large sofa, a coffee table, a modern wall unit, and a TV for relaxing evenings.

The bedroom—or rather, the cosy sleeping alcove—is visually separated by a cleverly built-in wall.
Here, you’ll sleep on a comfortable 2-meter double bed and find plenty of space in a spacious closet.
Additional storage space is available throughout the apartment.
The kitchen is functionally furnished and equipped with the essential utensils for your stay.
The bathroom features a shower (including a seat), a sink, and a toilet.
For your comfort, bed linens and towels are, of course, included in the price and will be provided.
Guest Wi-Fi is also available free of charge throughout your entire stay.

Accessibility Note: The apartment is located on the ground floor; however, there are a few steps leading up outside, and a few steps leading down inside (therefore, unfortunately, not fully accessible).

Location & Surroundings: The apartment stands out for its quiet, low-traffic location at a turning loop (turning pad)—ideal for relaxing and taking a breather in Villingen in the Black Forest.

Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces available right on the public street.

Public Transport: A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. From there, a short ride will take you directly to Villingen’s historic city centre.

Shopping: A supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away.

Healthcare: A pharmacy is about a 10-minute walk away.

Guest Access: To ensure a stress-free arrival, keys will be handed over in person on-site.
