"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. Perfect location and great base to walk around the cafes and shops of Venice. I have recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Venice next year."

"Nice, very clean and the staff were excellent! The train station was a 2 minute walk and then a 30 minute train ride to Venice. Great kabob and gelateria only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was included and it was superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and come back."

"Convenient to St. Marks Square. We enjoyed having a drink on at the bar and watching the gondola's park for the evening. We also enjoyed watching them prep to depart in the AM. The hotel let us leave our bags after check-out so we could tour the Doges Palace. Breakfast was good."

"I really enjoyed staying this hotel. It's very close to main shopping stores and lots of restaurants. If you hire a private water taxi (costs around $130) you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel."

"We only had a 1-night stay, 4-member family in 1 room. The team was really great and friendly. To know: House has x floors, we had our room on the 3rd floor, reception is at the 1st floor. You can't park in Venezia, you have to leave your car outside, and the boat is pretty expensive (9.50/person), so if you don't have to bring all your luggages, you would prefer to walk, which is the same amount of time actually :) "
