Very good in general! Good breakfast, friendly people. If you rent a family room, it will be at floor 2.5, there is a big playing room for kids which is very nice! Sometimes you could not walk to your room accessibly, still some stairs to walk even with elevator, so prepare to carry your stuff or stroller a bit up and down to reach your room.

This is a darling hotel, with the restaurant being the highlight. The room was tiny but perfectly adequate for our needs, and was clean and bright. Check in isn’t until 4 pm so don’t come early (though they will hold your luggage while you do something else.) Breakfast was nice as well.

The hotel is very authentic. The room was small but clean; the bathroom really tiny. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The breakfast was in a great ambience and the quality of the food good. Astrid Lindgren World is within walking distance, that allowed us to leave the car in the parking garage (free for guests). Also the square outside the hotel was nice to sit at during the evening, with some activities for kids (free mini golf or table tennis).

The hotel was great and right in the center of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that there was no communication that the spa would be closed. After long travels, looking forward to a sauna or soak and not being able to get that really dampers the day. Just wish the hotel had sent a note is all.

Fint hotell - men det som stack ut var personalen. Oavsett vem man pratade med var det leende och bra bemötande. Har egentligen ingenting att klaga på. Jättefint hotell. Fina, rena rum och stiligt renoverat. Ligger fint vid torget och det finns en bra tapas-restaurang precis bredvid. Parkeringen fanns en bit ifrån hotellet i ett P-hus, så man fick gå några hundra meter. Välförsedd frukost och en trevlig uteservering. Det var dock väldigt varmt ute den här dagen och vi hittade ingen AC på rummet. Som tur var fanns det en fläkt på rummet, så något säger mig att andra också tyckt det var varmt.

Vi bodde här i två nätter, och tyvärr sammanföll vistelsen med de två varmaste dagarna under vår resa (32–33 °C). Hotellet är äldre och saknar luftkonditionering, men personalen var hjälpsam och lånade ut två fläktar, vilket gjorde rummet betydligt mer behagligt. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra med ett stort utbud av alternativ. Croissanterna var extra goda! Läget är verkligen hotellets stora styrka – perfekt om man ska besöka Astrid Lindgrens Värld, och det finns både restauranger och en fantastisk lekplats precis utanför hotellet. Att hotellet dessutom erbjuder gratis parkering i parkeringshuset bredvid är ett stort plus. Det enda som drog ner helhetsintrycket var att det inte var helt enkelt att ta sig upp och ner för trapporna med barnvagn och resväskor vid in- och utcheckning. I övrigt hade vi en trevlig vistelse.
