"The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value. Highly recommended."

"The property is located in a very peaceful area overlooking a large rice field. It is perfect if you want to be away from the Hoi A crowds. Ratings (out of 5): *Location- 5 (intentionally not close to old town) 10 mins drive in either direction to the beach or old town. *Rooms- 5. Well-appointed with very comfortable bed, bath robes, slippers, toiletries. *Bath-5. Strong water pressure and fast hot water with hand held and rainfall shower heads. *Property-4. There is a side of the property where there is no elevator for the rooms on second and third floors. Some maintenances seems to be deferred. *Pool-4. Water drainage around the pool have plastic grills that are broken in many areas that can cause injuries. There are ample amount of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. *Breakfast-4. Made to order eggs, buffet style fresh salads and fruit. They can use some additional hot food items. *Service-5. All staff were friendly and eager to help. Overall, we had a great stay and love the property. We will be back for a longer stay next time."

"Amazing hotel, beautiful, well maintained grounds, great room and the biggest highglight was the staff being extremely kind. Our bed was too firm for our liking, we've requested a topper and it was brought straightaway, making the bed so much better. The breakfast was extremely nice, with lots of options to choose from and to a very high standard. Also, the a la carte food was great, we had lunch and dinner at the hotel several times and it was the best food we had in Vietnam. Also, the spa was very good, I had one of the packages and I had a great massage and facial and a very relaxing time. The pool was very big, with different levels which made it amazing and the beach was beautiful. The only downside is the location, the hotel is in a remote location, approx 40 mins drive from Hoi An, with nothing to do around."
