Towels were dirty, lots of insects in the room, bed bugs in the beds, wardrobe absolutely stank, aircon not adequate for a big room, door lock was weak, fridge didn’t work and was filthy, loose wiring right by a shower head in the bathroom, very dangerous. Dirty towels and cleaning stuff in the elevator. The rooms are decent. However the service just isn’t there"
