Excellent stay in a beautiful setting

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel is lovely, customer service was excellent, the hotel manager was very attentive as was the bar man - very knowledgeable about the area and all about the making of champagne. Delicious food, we ate in the Bistro, only one slight thing is that the menu is quite limited, only 3 choices. but all very nice. Coul dnot fault the hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel, our room was amazing, we had a suite with a separate lounge.. Champagne in the room on arrival and lovely treats for our son and dog. Lots of pretty touches that make this a real luxe stay. Dinner in the fine dining restaurant was excellent, and the second night we had a simple but sufficient room service meal after a big lunch out. Easy to visit Epernay, Reims and the many vineyards. We especially loved the garden which was beautiful to sit and have a drink, play games and also space to walk our dog.

Amazing Relais & Châteaux property to explore the region — from dinners at nearby châteaux to visits in Épernay and the Reims area. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. For dinner, there are plenty of great options within a 15-minute drive (including Château d’Étoges and places in Épernay).

Wow. What a treat it was staying here. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Treats left in the room for our dog. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bottles of water and snacks provided for our onward journey when we left. Bistro was excellent. Lovely grounds to walk and sit in. And all just a few minutes drive from the centre of Épernay

Hotel can be considered 5 stars, when it comes to amenities, facilities, breakfast and room. The design is pretty nice and well kept. Staff is not welcoming and friendly. Don’t bother to answer the phone or remove the trash from our room.

Not worth the money … service wasn’t the best not just French culture (I travel to Paris Often), just not personable no smile at breakfast or room service - they make you feel like you’re not wanted. The best service was at checkout, i got service with a smile while I was paying. I’m a big fan of getting what you pay for and for this price point. The service and quality of everything should have been so much more. No return of message when contacted hotel for spa or dinner for special birthday. Was told upon arrival I was just late for everything. Epernay was wonderful! But this property missed the mark on all accounts. Recommend the visit. Just not at this hotel at all.
