"A complete change from our normal rented, rustic property, with garage in the countryside, the apartment is in the St.Jean Quarter of Perpignan, nestling in the maze of ancient streets. Quiet and very secure, we were completely at home, with the option of cooking and eating "in", or indulging in dining out - the french option of "midday formules" proved very attractive. With a pavement restaurant outside the front door, it was susprising to find so many alternatives within a few 100 yards....

"Had a great time, fabulous weather for late October! Lots of hot water and a comfy bed. Spacious with a rooftop terrace, Very rustic .Phillipe and his wife are very welcoming.The only downside for us was the 2 sets of church bells that chime on the hour all night.Very cheap bus fares only 1 euro per journey and good walks to the next villages."

"Actual residence was nice however: Directions to locaton were poor, access to entrance involved climbing an exterior spiral stariway Several scent making devices filled the interior with a powerful chemical smell, the given wifi code was incorrect and had to be found on modem which was not that easy, beds were uncomfortable. So only gave 3 stars."

"Séjour écourté pour cause de logement trop bruyant et pas assez sécurisé. Une nuit simplement dans le logement au lieu d'1 semaine .... Pas de parking. Pas de climatisation. Lits inconfortables. Je ne recommande pas. "
