This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features three private bedroom suites, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for families and groups alike.
The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious private bath with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower—creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. Upstairs, one suite includes a queen bed plus two full beds, and its own bathroom with a shower and ample closet space. The second upstairs suite offers a queen bed and a private bath with both a tub and a shower.
The finished lower level provides additional sleeping accommodations with bunk beds, a twin bed, and a comfortable family room complete with a 75-inch TV, ping-pong table, and air hockey table—perfect for kids and rainy-day fun.
The entire home has been thoughtfully renovated, including a fully remodeled kitchen equipped with everything you need: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving pieces. Large windows throughout the home fill every room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Relax in the comfortable living room featuring plush seating and a 75-inch television, or step outside to enjoy the home's multiple outdoor living spaces. Two decks and a patio provide plenty of room for dining, relaxing, and entertaining. From the top deck, enjoy glimpses of Vineyard Sound and watch ferries and sailboats make their way into the harbor.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning and heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, a gas grill, linens and bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and all bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower—an island favorite. Guests will also enjoy a variety of board games and outdoor activities, including croquet, badminton, horseshoes, and wiffle ball.
