This exceptional private contemporary is perfect for a Vineyard vacation with 6 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths in the main residence and a bonus detached bedroom and full bath. This home has a large 52x20ft HEATED SALT WATER swimming pool (seasonally open), (Heated to 82 degrees for your comfort) pool house with outdoor shower. Surrounded by landscaped grounds and a private garden. Enjoy s'mores around the firepit or relaxing by the pool. This home has multiple sitting areas that will accommodate family and friend gatherings. Lower-level entertainment room with large screen TV, games and ping pong table. Less than 2 miles to Downtown Vineyard Haven and ferries, to enjoy shopping and many new restaurants. A short drive to the private association beach and the Mink Meadows Golf Club. Enjoy swimming, kayaking and watching amazing Vineyard sunsets from the beach. Walking and biking trails nearby.

Great house for a group

We had a large group and this house was perfect. Great space to hang out and spread out. Pool area is a plus as well as the ability to grill for a larger dinner.

Excellent Experience

The property is beautiful and spacious. The home easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 children. The private beach is close and easily accessible. The pool area is perfect for both swimming and outdoor dining. I would definitely stay there again.

This stay was just fantastic. It’s just a great place. Everything was personal and professional. The house was great whether you’re a small party or larger group. Every single space was great. The communication through out were fantastic as well so we felt very welcome. We enjoyed the outside every day and the pool was a great spot to hang out but this place has so many great little spaces and nooks that work so well. We can’t recommend this place enough.

A glorious, beautiful, and peaceful spot

Beautiful home. Amazing property overall. Easy entrance, lots of towels, the house is beautiful - big living room, nice pool area with grill and fireplace, nice big patio, nice grassy area - easy walk to beach, lotta beds to fit people, no problems with anything at the house. And our host Elizabeth was the best! Friendly, thoughtful, super responsive. Really could not have asked for anything more - Elizabeth even made sure it was sunny!!! Can't thank you enough.
