Vincent Cottage is nestled in the woods of West Tisbury, set in the heart of Martha's Vineyard on a private drive just off the Edgartown/West Tisbury Road. This clean, quiet home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, main street shopping and tourist attractions; features a private outdoor space for entertainment; has nearby nature trails and fields.

Convenient, central location to every corner of the island:
- 10 minutes to gorgeous Lambert’s Cove (Rental allows you to purchase access to this private town beach!)
- 4 minutes to Alley’s General Store and historic downtown West Tisbury (Perfect place to grab a coffee and the paper!)
- 15 minutes to South Beach, Edgartown
- 15 minutes to Vineyard Haven ferry / downtown
- 18 minutes to Oak Bluffs ferry / downtown

Wonderful Stay!

The property worked perfect for our family of 3 along with our dog. It was centrally located, really clean, and Jess was wonderful to deal with as she was very responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage

Jessica’s cottage is completely charming. Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location (just a 4-min drive to A9 Foods behind Alleys!). My husband, dog, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on future trips.

Perfect Getaway

Jessica’s cottage is the perfect spot for an island getaway. Close and accessible to all the must sees of the island, but secluded enough to escape the busy scenes. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great communication and a delight to stay with!

Very cute private cottage. Hostess made us feel like home, very clean small so three people is just right. Rules, directions and recommendations very clear in booklet. Very happy we were able to bring our pet. Definitely be coming back!

I love this little house. Has everything you need, totally private with beautiful outside space and a great outdoor shower. Centrally located on the vinyard. Access to lamberts cove, close to long point preserve and the airport. I’ve stayed a lot of nice places on the Vinyard, but this is my favorite!

AMAZING and DELIGHTFUL MV Cottage Stay

Exceptional Property! Beautifully furnished and decorated with Martha’s Vineyard decor. Upscale linens/towels Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for occasional cooking. Washer/Dryer. Great Location! Quiet and Peaceful! PS: Loved my midnight outside shower. Just me and the stars!

Tucked away relaxing cottage

Absolutely Great Getway Cottage in Martha’s Vineyard! The Host was wonderful and had a fantastic personalized guide binder to All the things to do and see on the island. Also a lovely note with some delicious ice cream for us as a welcome gift!!! The Cottage is a 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely stay there again!!! Perfect for a couple or small family, like ours, one child Very Clean and adorable!!! Loved It!!!

Cute Cottage and Accommodating Host

The cottage was perfect for our little family! We have an infant and there was enough space for us all to be comfortable, and the cottage itself was so homey. We had TV access, there was board games, and the hosts put it over the top. Beyond just suggestions for places to go, we arrived to cookies from the local market, as well as baby-proofing items for our toddler! The AC went on the fritz, and the hosts went out and got new ones same day because our infant is prone to heat rash, and came over while we were out to install them for us! Super communicative, super helpful, really went the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend enoug!

Another great stay for two weeks this time. Central location on the island. Quiet and relaxing. Lamberts Cove beach access was amazing. Added bonus being right next to the bike/running trail. We appreciated the new addition of the mini-splits a/c’s as well. Jess is a wonderful host.
