Vineyard Haven, Quiet Setting Just Minutes from Ferry and Bus
- Enjoy a relaxing stay on the Vineyard in this recently renovated house. Embrace all Martha’s Vineyard has to offer, then return to a quiet house on a shady lot, set back from Edgartown Road.
A short 15 minute walk from the Steamship Authority ferry dock at Vineyard Haven.
A private 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath house off Edgartown Road in Vineyard Haven available for rent.
PLEASE NOTE As of Nov. 1 2023 I have added Security Caramas. One viewing the front entrance and another viewing the side entrance.
Our house features a recent remodeling that included a new kitchen, new tile in the baths, new vanities, all new paint throughout and new hardwood floors on the first floor.
Master bedroom on the first floor has private, full bath and private access to deck.
There are two bedrooms upstairs; one with twin beds, and the other with a queen bed and private access to the en-suite bath.
The main area of the house is an open floor plan with bright cathedral ceiling.
The deck may be accessed from the dining/living area or the master bedroom. It includes a table & chairs with umbrella for outside dining, and a gas grill.
