"Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort."

Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. I asked for a partial reimbursement since we didn’t get to use the full booking. There was no communication on how to check in and we were rerouted multiple times which is...
