"This house is fabulous! Very well kept. Spotlessly clean. Totally equipped with everything you might need and then some! Beautiful quiet country location in the middle of pistachio groves with a view off across the river that is fabulous and a view of the stars at night. Hosts were the best we’ve ever had in a rental. Very responsive with good information. They went way way above and beyond to give us a fabulous visit to Paso Robles! Can’t recommend this place enough."

"We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Phoenix Rising Villa Sauet Set in Paso Robles, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The views are simply stunning — we faithfully watched both the sunrises and sunsets every day, each one more breathtaking than the last. Bobbi and Bill were such wonderful hosts — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We also had the pleasure of visiting Bobbi’s art studio, Couleur de la Vie, where she shared her fascinating technique of using flowers as paint on fabric. What a unique and inspiring experience! The villa itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with every amenity you could possibly need. It’s a little ways out of town, but the drive is more than worth it for the peace, quiet, and incredible scenery. We highly recommend bringing breakfast items and snacks because once you settle in, you won’t want to leave! Nature lovers will be delighted — we spotted Tule elk, owls, hawks, and more during our stay. It truly felt like our own private sanctuary. "What a beautiful location! Nestled among the rolling vineyards is Paso Robles this was the perfect home base for all our wine and dining excursions. Scott, the owner. Was very welcomimg. The unit was spotless, large, and well-appointed. We would highly recommend this getaway!"

"Beautiful home and grounds for a big group. The home comfortably accommodated 12 people and the kids had enough games to keep themselves entertained. Amazing views of vineyards all around the home and close to downtown Paso Robles. "

"This property is a cute Victorian house located close to Paso Robles and very easy to access. The property manager was very attentive and answered the phone/text immediately when contacted. We enjoy cooking when on vacation and we were happy with the kitchen. There was enough of a variety of pots and pans and supplies to cook with. The only issue would be the microwave door hinge needs to be fixed. The beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was good, water gets hot right away, and there were games in a cabinet. The outside courtyard is cute and well manicured. We didn’t sit outside because it was too cold, but it would be perfect for a nice spring day, or summer evening. The courtyard has ample lighting. The cushions on the patio furniture are very worn and looks like they need replacing. The rental was perfect for our 3 night stay and the price was on point. "
