Few things which can be improved - 1. The bed linens’ quality and cleanliness can be improved. The pillow covers were a bit small for the pillows and the comforter cover had stains on it near the leg. They also looked very old and could be refreshed. 2. During last two days, there was a shoot going on. It created a lot of disruption by blocking the walkways and some of the activities like horse riding being cancelled due to it. Management could provide additional services or discounts to compensate for such occasions, if avoiding such shoots during guest occupy is not possible."

"This property is next to Hilton hotel near the highway in Kukas. It's a small hotel/motel with small rooms, no lift for higher floor, no concierge services etc. (as you might see in description). Also, don't go by the pictures or the video or even by the name, as it is not at all a 'palace'. "
