Since I was 8, this has been one of my favorite backpacking hikes with a great 100 ft waterfall as the finale! Once known as Virgin Falls Pocket Wilderness, this almost 5 mile trail is now a State Park and very well maintained with lots of visitors. Easier to view in the Fall.
A unique waterfall located in Middle Tennessee. The water flows out of a cave at the top of the falls, travels twenty yards, falls 90 feet, and sinks back into a cave behind the waterfall at the base.
