A Place in the Sun at Playa Rana

This is an excellent property for 2 couples or a small family who like to be close to the action, want a comfy condo, and will enjoy a pool! One and a half blocks to the beach and the boardwalk in the heart of the resort area, with multiple attractions, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store nearby. The waterpark is just south of the resort area. Have fun in the sun and then kick back and relax in a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with all the amenities of home. You're all set for a memorable family beach vacation. Sleeps 6, with one assigned parking space and one guest parking pass.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent s contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent s advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and it was in a great location. The grocery store was across the street and the beach was less than a 5 min walk. We would definitely stay here again!
