AMAZING Home in the Heart of the VB Resort Area walk to the Oceanfront.

The TREE HOUSE sleeps 10. The TREE HOUSE and an open and spacious cozy home is located in peaceful and safe Old Beach community. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront and beach, market, Convention Center, Museum of contemporary Art, amusement parks, and more. It is a short driving distance (10 minutes) to the Aquarium and local golfing. The Tree house has two bedrooms with 2 queen size beds in each room with a TV(sleeps 4 in each room). The third bedroom has a king bed and TV and sleeps 2. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a half bath in the living area. There is ample parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles and a huge deck offering outside eating and relaxing space. The home is equipped with all linen and towels, pots and pans and eating utensils, grill and more. Washer and dryer. Beach cruisers, surf boards, beach towels, umbrellas, toys are available locally for rent. Trained animals are welcomed at an additional fee.

This property was perfect for what we needed! I took a girls trip for my bachelorette, and it was a perfect place for us to hang out- we had a paint night on the lovely picnic table outside, it’s an easy walk to get to the beach, and walkable to all the bars and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful week in Virginia Beach! We were there for a dance competition but wanted to be close to the beach. The house is a 8-10 minute walk to the beach - super convenient but also on a quiet street. Tom was great to work with and we found the house to be well appointed and comfortable.

Awesome Lovation

Convenient location between the convention center and boardwalk. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and we (three moms, three teenagers) had plenty of space. Would recommend and stay again

Virginia Beach with great location!

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

House was large, comfortable, located on very nice corner in a nice neighborhood. Small fenced yard great for dogs. Easy 5 block walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting out on deck! Had a great stay!!

Pool Tourney Stay

My husband and I were here with some friends for a pool tournament that was at Q Master Billiards. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly. House was cozy and homey.

Great place for a beach vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Since there were multiple households, having a separate bathroom for each room was a great feature! We spent a lot of time on the deck, which was perfect! The location was perfect where the beach and restaurants were within walking and even the grocery store was only a couple blocks away!

Family Stay

Came to visit family who live in VA beach. We have a large family and this was by far the most accommodating. Decor was beautiful and it has all the essentials you need. Large deck and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Super clean and owner was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts

We came into town for a volleyball tournament. The listing was absolutely accurate and the house was in a wonderful location. A few blocks from the beach and a 5 minute ride to the convention center. The house was a little dated but in a very charming way. My teen loved having a room to herself to decompress after her full day. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Absolutely perfect

The home is absolutely beautiful and large enough for us to have our own space yet we could gather in the open concept living room and kitchen. Location of the home is near everything you could possibly need from restaurants, to bars, to the beach and small variety stores. Our hosts were attentive and gave us thorough instructions for everything in the house. We would love to visit again. Thanks a million.

Beach getaway

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Everything was as described - clean, plenty of room and light, great internet, and plenty of parking. The house being half a mile off the oceanfront boardwalk meant we didn't have to try to find parking during the Neptune Festival as well! Plus it's within walking distance of the Oceanfront area's many great restaurants as well as a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Much needed vaca

We had a very relaxing time. Loved the house! We had 2 issues, the fire pit wouldn’t start and the toilet in the green room kept running emptying the tank daily. In spit of those issues, our time in Virginia Beach was wonderful.

Celebrated Christmas in comfort

We go to a different location every year and this year as others was a wonderful experience. Owner had great communication when I had questions and the neighborhood was peaceful. Short walk to the beach and a nice deck to sit and visit in the evenings. Thank you!

Loved everything about it!

This house was perfect for us! The main floor was open and spacious with a bathroom and a gorgeous deck with plenty of room to eat out on. Each bedroom had large beds, their own bathrooms, and balconies. We didn't see them until we were packing to leave but there were boogie boards we could have borrowed. The house was perfect for my husband and me and my daughter's family (with four kids). We will definitely rent this again. The host answered immediately if text. :)

Great house for a group

We loved this house! We had a group of 10 ladies that were attending a womens conference. Even with 10 we had plenty of room to congregate between the livingroom, kitchen/diningroom not to mention the deck off the dining area which we didnt really use. We loved the bright colors in the rooms. Probably only con is the livingroom is right off the master bedroom so unless your group knows how to be stealthy quiet you will probably be up shortly after the first or second person. I slept in what we called the "Flamingo" room and if you prefer a hard mattress you may want to try another room. I cant speak to the other rooms. Otherwise, this house has everything you need. The owners were very good at communicating with you. There is plenty of parking and its a 10 min walk to the beach. What more can you ask for! We would definitely stay again!

The Treehouse is conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to a playground for the kids. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. There was plenty of space of a family of 8 (6 adults/2kids) and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. The deck was nice for meals with the large picnic table. A few items we were disappointed in were the condition of the kitchen chairs, the cushions were worn and felt like sitting on a toilet. The wooden chairs, shaky and unstable. I’d suggest benches would be much more comfortable. The straps holding the cushions on the outdoor furniture were stretched and/or broken making it uncomfortable and unsafe for adults to sit. Downstairs shower curtain was not long enough so it would blow out leaking water on the floor. To avoid that we needed to have the shower head pointed in the corner making for an uncomfortable experience. The electronic lock on the door stopped working 3 days into our stay leaving us stranded outside for over an hour and a half during a rainstorm. Fortunately the carport provided shelter while we waited for the property manager and a locksmith. The locksmith was very nice and replaced the lock with a key lock which was much more convenient. Overall it was a nice place for our family to gather and enjoy our summer vacation.

Would give 2.5 stars if i could. We made do with the place because obviously it was already booked. About a 10 minute walk from the beach or boardwalk. Looks better in the pictures than it does it person. The downstairs shower curtain is not long enough so it was constanly was falling out and the floor was always getting wet. The dryer vent is completely blocked so it takes a really long time for anything to dry. The carpets could use a shampoo or even just being replaced. Every seat in the kitchen feels like you are going to fall through. Big outlet hole in the floor of the living room that is quite the hazard. Beds upstairs are like giant pits and sink all the way in. Giant gap between upstairs bath tub and floor next to it leaving the exposed wood wet and starting to smell like mildew. The supports under the house at the carport look like they need replaced very soon. Patio was a nice area minus being attacked by mosquitoes within 5 minutes of sitting out there. It is located in a decent area and enough space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Everything is very weathered.

Good beach house

Nice house and big enough for 6 adults and 2 kids for the week. Bit of a walk to the beach but we already knew what we were getting in to. The house definitely needs some general upgrades - mostly the bathrooms are very dated. The beds aren’t very comfortable either but were fine for the week. There was a crib provided but it was old and the mattress was far too soft for a child to sleep on and I wasn’t sure of the history of the sleep space so I’m glad I brought our own pack n play. There was also a baby gate already there but it was impossible to properly put up with the spiral staircase. We had to do some shifting of furniture to make sure the baby didn’t get up the stairs. Would also recommend filling in the hole in the floor behind the couch - not sure if it was an outlet at some point but little fingers couldn’t resist. Also none of the air vents are properly attached so the kids kept playing with them and removing them. Had to block most of them off as well because of not wanting anyone to fall in. All this to say, if you don’t have small children it’s a perfectly fine house to stay in. Just some things to consider before booking if you have little curious ones.
