Charming oceanfront on the boardwalk with balcony two bedroom 1300 ft.. condo

  • Nestled in Virginia Beach, this phenomenal condo offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and a twin bed, it’s perfect for families or friends traveling together. The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers to make mornings easy. Guests enjoy a cool, relaxing atmosphere thanks to air conditioning and heating throughout the space. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying some downtime, this awesome condo provides a welcoming spot to recharge. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. It has a pool and one parking spot. The building even has security… the perfect location and living room, balcony and primary bedroom offer amazing views. They do require a $500 security hold for the unit given by a credit card when you check in. This is our timeshare for this week.

Checkout time at is 10:00 AM. Trash & Food: Remove all personal items, leftover food, and drinks from the kitchen/refrigerator. trash bags and drop them in the property dumpsters.
Linens & Towels: Strip any used beds and gather used bath towels into a central area (e.g., bathroom or near the laundry area). Dishes: Load any dirty dishes into DW & start the cycle before leaving.
Securing the Unit: Turn off all interior lights, ensure doors are locked, and return keys and parking passes to the designated key drop box. follow all instructions given by property manager.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
