Great place in a great location

We had a family reunion nearby and needed overflow housing. We've stayed at several in the neighborhood throughout the years and this is my favorite so far. Great location, AC works great, it has a huge open living room area, and a lot of space overall. Recommend!

The place was right next to the beach, beautiful and spacious. The host was so easy to communicate with and friendly. The neighbors were friendly too. We had no issues.

This is a lovely house, located exactly where we wanted to be — a block from Chix Beach; easy walking distance to Commonwealth Brewery, good local restaurants, and a convenience store. Well and thoughtfully equipped with cooking pans and utensils, towels, even a pop-up tent (which we didn't have time to use). I hope to return for a longer stay.
