We stayed over a long weekend and found this home to be clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We walked everywhere with no trouble and left our vehicle parked in the designated spot, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the shower was great. Communication and check in/check out was clear and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place!

Can’t beat the location and the host Charles is super attentive and accommodating! Lots of bars and great restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in VA beach!

Had a great stay with Charles. The property was extremely clean and organized. Charles was very attentive and quick to respond when we had any questions.1st floor entrance made it easy to get in and out of the building. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. Even though the location is just off the boardwalk, it was very quiet. Definitely recommend Charles' spot for a small family looking to get close to the beach without the beach noise and clutter.

We booked a 2 week stay in VB. Having never been there before, Charles was amazingly helpful with food and entertainment recommendations! Whenever we contacted him with questions or concerns, he responded within minutes. Impeccable host, could not ask for better! Property is only minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach, shops and resturants. The owner did an excellent job with communication and making sure our stay went well. We would recommend this rental for couples or smaller families with younger kids.
