Delightful Condo Just 1 block to Beach

Our charming and comfortable condo is only a block from beautiful beach and boardwalk in resort area! It is on the first floor and has a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, dishes, dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable queen beds.

It's a short - about 3-5 minute - walk to the boardwalk and beach, where you'll find swimming, sunning, surfing activities galore, with a kid's park just a couple blocks away, and many, many restaurants and stores are within walking distance or a short drive away.


I am able to give a larger discount for most Saturday to Saturday weeks. Please email me on this site (with dates needed and ages of guests) for more information. Discounts are only for full weeks in summer season, unless you see a less- than-a- week hole in my schedule. Be sure to send me an inquiry rather than a request (Contact Owner) including your full name, ages of all guests including yourself, and where you will be coming from to reduce the time we need in correspondence before reserving the time for you! One discount per rental only.

It is just a block from the beach/boardwalk in the popular South Beach area of Virginia Beach. It'.s been remodeled with new floors, two memory foam queen beds, and a full bath to comfortably sleep a family of four. The small sofa will accommodate one child under 5' tall.

Our decor has been updated with a lovely ocean theme.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Our home is very close to all oceanfront attractions and shopping area, with many great restaurants within a short walk, and tons more just a few miles drive away. Frolicking in the sand, sun and sea, surfing, swimming, boating or riding/floating on the waves and perhaps a picnic in the sand make for a perfect day at the beach, and afterwards cool off and take it easy in our close-to-the-beach condo.

This charming condo is ideal for a small family up to five people, or a couple's getaway. Our property manager Sandra can help you with any of your needs. You will be thrilled by the convenience and nearness to the beach and everything else!

You'll have complete kitchen facilities with dishwasher and a dedicated parking space right in front of the condo.

Charming two Bedroom Condo is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. You can enjoy cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Check out is 10 am on Friday or Saturday unless partial week is specified. This is strict unless Sandra tells you otherwise.

Please do not send a booking request as I cannot accept them without discussion and further information; I do need to know the ages of the guests and where you are coming from before I can make a booking.

A small family of two to four people will be very comfortable with two queen bedrooms, one bath, living room and dining area.

Our home is ideal for a small family or a couple's getaway. Sandra, our property manager living nearby can help you with any of your needs. You will be thrilled by the convenience and nearness to the beach and everything else!


Smoking and pets are not allowed. You have one dedicated parking space right in front of the condo and there is a parking garage across the street if you need more space.

We are just a block from South Beach and the boardwalk, a great place for swimming, surfing, shopping and sunbathing. Our condo is also just a few blocks from Rudee Inlet, with its wonderful restaurants, and many other attractions. There are so many entertaining things to do including concerts (many free ones), art and music festivals, fireworks, mini golf, amusement rides, bicycling, and water sports. Attractions include Virginia Aquarium and Ocean Breeze Family Amusement Park a few miles away, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants.

Our beach home has been recently redecorated with new furniture, flooring, stove, refrigerator and more. It has central air-conditioning and dishwasher in a full kitchen. You can see our availability on the calendar.

This is a first-floor condo, so we do not have a balcony or porch, but the ocean, beach and boardwalk are very very close! Condo regulations do not allow pets. Our other beach home is in Kitty Hawk in the Outer Banks, HomeAway or VRBO # 3565438.

No pets, no smoking, no exceptions.

Only full week Saturday to Saturday rentals from late May to September, unless we specify an availability of a partial week.

Sheets, blankets, towels and washcloths are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Wi-Fi is available, a dedicated parking space and a laundry room just 2 doors down. If you need to bring a second vehicle, we have space in the garage across the street.

We have Internet and cable TV with HBO, and recently updated our central air-conditioning. We are just a short block to the beach and boardwalk. The condo has everything you need like a full kitchen with dishwasher, linens, bath towels, dishes, etc. But do remember to bring sunscreen, your toothbrush and a beach towel to lie out on the beach and dry off after swimming in the ocean!

We are just one short block from the Virginia Beach boardwalk, and away from the congested traffic of Atlantic Avenue, with easy access going down Norfolk Avenue from the Birdneck exit of I-264 East.

There is a popular Surfing area just a few blocks down the beach by Rudee Inlet, with a short walk to surfing shows and competitions.

Late Spring and Summer Weeks must be Saturday - Saturday for discounts.

Security/damage deposit will be refunded quickly if it is not needed for repair or replacement of anything damaged or missing.

If you're looking for availability I don't have in Virginia Beach, try my Kitty Hawk home, property 3565438. It also has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and is less than a block from the beach with similar pricing, and a pool open from Memorial Day weekend to shortly after Labor Day.

The week is marked reserved only when it is fully paid, so reserving as soon as possible is better.
