Enjoy a fully fenced yard with a fire pit, a dedicated workspace, and two living areas. With a fully equipped kitchen and free parking, it`s the ideal base for your extended getaway. Pet-friendly and professionally managed for a seamless stay.

Our two-story home is designed for both relaxation and fun, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ample storage in every room.

Main Floor:
* Quiet Living Room: A TV-free zone with a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for reading and conversation.
* Entertainment Area: Features a 60-inch TV with Roku, a sound system, and a collection of board games.
* Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen overlooking the backyard, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and hot water kettle. The dining table seats six.
* Dedicated Workspace: A desk provides a quiet setup for remote work.
* Half Bathroom: Conveniently located on the main floor.

Second Floor:
* Master Suite: A retreat with a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo).
* Bedroom 2: Features a full-sized bed, dresser, and walk-in closet.
* Bedroom 3: Offers a full-sized bed, walk-in closet, and dresser.
* Bedroom 4: Furnished with a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser.
* Shared Bathroom: A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor Oasis:
* A private, fully fenced backyard, perfect for children and pets.
* Relax on the patio, gather around the outdoor fire pit.

House Rules with a Twist!

No Smoking, violations will be $500.
Only up to two dogs allowed for a fee. $300 per dog. Undisclosed pet is $500 fee.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.
Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level.

Trash Policy: Dumpster enclosure is outside our unit to the left. Do Not Block Dumpster at any time. We do not have recycling at this time.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor.

Parking Info: You may park in the garage, the space marked “217”, and there is a yellow guest pass inside the entrance for use of one guest parking space in any 300-399 numbered space. There is a $75 replacement fee if this is not left on the table at checkout. Please display at all times.
