You will love this extra-large home with 3 large bedrooms, 2 remodeled baths, a gorgeous kitchen with state of the art appliances and a beautifully appointed Livingroom overlooking the ocean. Located at the end of the hallway on the 14th floor, you have privacy and space.

Have your morning coffee or favorite drink on the balcony, while you read a good book, catch the sun rising over the ocean, watch the dolphins, or check-out the beautiful Virginia Beach city skyline. Very nice, clean and updated property. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the dolphins and the sunrise. Saw a sunset out the back balcony too! This was for a 'girls' trip. could easily accommodate couples and/or a family.

Everything was just as we hoped. Unit was very quiet, clean and homey. Plenty of room for a pop up crib and everyone’s personal items. Kitchen had all the amenities that we needed and more. View from the balcony was beautiful. The kids loved the pool which was also very clean and warm. We would absolutely book again.

Enjoyed our stay with our kids (teens and college age). Very clean. Well furnished. If you forgot anything, chances are they had it for you. Beds comfortable and linens great. Great holiday

Thanksgiving was a peaceful time of the year to visit Virginia Beach. The condo was lovely and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and Saran Wrap/foil (we brought our own but it was nice t have available. The host was very responsive to my questions when we first arrived. Front desk was kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic time at Joshua2! Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Check-in involved a few steps but instructions were very clear and we had no issues. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean upon arrival. The only negative was the wi-fi, which was quite spotty, but this didn’t deter from our wonderful experience.

Girls Trip!

The condo has all of the modern conveniences as well as the perfect location! We were able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from one of the three balconies. The location is on the quiet end of the boardwalk but close enough to walk to all of the action. Phil and Regina were able to answer all of our questions and communicated in a timely fashion. We loved it!!

Great location!

Our family traveled to VB for a gymnastics meet at the convention center. The condo was very clean and fully equipped for our group of 6 people. Can’t beat the ocean view and indoor pool for the kiddos (especially since we stayed in February!). Great location towards the end of the boardwalk and walkable to the beach playground (another favorite among our daughters). Will definitely return if we compete in the same gymnastics meet next year!

Wonderful stay!

I have stayed in a number of VRBO's, and I would have to say that this one was one of the best we have stayed at. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The check in process was easy and fast. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the area. The condo had everything we needed from the super nice appliances and lots of dishes and cooking equipment, down to the loufas set out in the shower for us to use. The condo info book was also very helpful for our stay. Not to mention, the 3 balconies give you amazing views of the sunset, sunrise, ocean and surrounding area from both sides of the condo. The value for the views, location to the beach and shopping areas that was large enough to fit my entire family was unbeatable as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a nice time at the property. We had day plans each day so really only spent the evenings there. We didn't need to use the kitchen much. The property was clean and neat. The view was great (weather not so much). The only very minor issues we had were the patio door didn't seal well so there was a small howl with the windy conditions. The tub in the master shower didn't drain terribly well. None of these issues hindered our experience.

Regina was excellent to work with and answered all my questions timely. She went out of her way to clarify things for me. Check in and out was awkward, and a little stressful, due to the unloading and parking. The employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful, it’s just that there is no good place to leave your car while you are unloading it. Cars get quickly backed up waiting for a space to unload. Otherwise the condo is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bedrooms! The sunset and sunrise views are priceless.

Breathtaking Views Right on the Water

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and right on the water! We were able to see the most beautiful sunrises every day. We even saw some dolphins swimming one morning! The condo is absolutely stunning as well. Impeccably clean, well stocked, spacious, and inviting. We were in town for a cheer competition and everyone that popped in our unit throughout the weekend said "oh wow this is gorgeous!". Would highly recommend this unit. The condo complex itself is pretty good as well. There was an elevator snafu while we were there but we spoke to several residents that said it's never happened before. The indoor heated pool with a view of the beach was just the ticket for our kiddos, as we were there in April and the ocean was coldddd. Great location and easy walk down Atlanta Ave to anything you could need! Should we find ourselves in VB again, I'll absolutely be checking into this condo!
