This newly renovated cottage apartment for two includes updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and washer/dryer; laminate hardwood-like floors throughout; tiled shower with glass door; bedroom with queen sized bed, built-in desk and drawers, and large closet.

This cottage apartment is the perfect couple’s get-away but can also accommodate two people who want to sleep separately (full size pull-out sofa bedding available upon request). Bedroom includes a privacy curtain. There is no door.

Please note: This apartment is in mint condition. The pictures posted on the website are accurate and up-to-date. If upon arrival you notice any damage, please report it to me immediately so I can address it.

The newest addition to the rental space is an outdoor fire pit located on the front patio. Cuddle up around it on a chilly evening with the warm throw blankets and pillows included!

This apartment is for adults only; it is not equipped for children. Minimum age requirement to rent is 21.

All short term rentals are regulated by the City of Virginia Beach and require strict adherence to their guidelines in order to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. As such, only those renting the property are allowed on the premises after 11pm. No parties or large congregations are permitted.

Quiet time is between 11pm-9am. Please be respectful of your neighbors’ peace and quiet time.

Please lock your cars and the rental property at all times.

No Pets allowed and NO SMOKERS.
