The living room is open, airy, and spacious—perfect for the entire family to gather and unwind. Step out onto the large private wraparound balcony, where you can listen to the soothing sound of the surf and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything the family chef could need. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or preparing a full family meal, you’ll find everything you need for effortless cooking. The main suite offers a king-sized bed, a large TV, and a private bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Guests also have access to a range of condo amenities at no additional cost, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00798 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable! Ocean views were stunning. Kitchen was well stocked and “extras” were evident - small throws, large blankets, pillows and cleansers in every bathroom. Two bikes were available in the unit garage closet and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We will be back!

Thanksgiving Trip

Staying in this until was nice because of it being on the south corner. You could see both sunrise and sunset. Also, the kitchen is very well stocked!The downside is that with it being a 4 bedroom, there is only 1 parking spot for the unit. We had 3 cars. They give you 2 parking passes for the deck so the second car must park in one of the unmarked spaces. In a busier season this could be tough. The third car could not even park in the deck! There is street parking to the north of the A Building (We were in the B Building) that worked okay but it would have been nice to be able to park 3 cars on property. Also, they were working on a unit below us and for several days there was a saw being used on the balcony below. It was soooo loud and really took the enjoyment out of sitting on the balcony reading and viewing the ocean.

Beautiful view

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this complex, but we have stayed in a different unit every time. This unit is very well-appointed. The furniture in the sitting is extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need and enough serving dishes to serve an army. Having four bedrooms, each with a separate bath, is a big plus. The bed pillows are horrendous, and the mattress in the master bedroom is hard as a rock, so much so that my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. Not exactly the getaway we were hoping for. Operating the television was a bit of a challenge. It would be helpful to provide laminated instructions near the TV with the steps required to watch it. The coffee pot duo was wonderful, but I had to google the instructions to enable me to operate it. Again, instructions on using it, possibly placed on the side of the refrigerator, would be very helpful. With all that this unit has to offer, we would never stay in it again. The gnats out on the balcony were a nightmare. We could not enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening without having them land in our cups. Despite how careful we tried to be, no matter how quickly we went in and out of the sliding glass door, they would get inside. The ceiling in the family room would be covered as well as the ceiling and light fixtures in the kitchen. We had to sweep and vacuum every morning both inside and out to get up the mess that had died and fallen overnight.

Beautiful ocean front condo!

Beautiful, clean and accomodated our 2 families perfectly. There are lots of spiders out on the balcony at night, but other than that perfect! They seem to pressure wash them away between guests, but they come back throughout the week. Stay to the corners during the day but active at nighttime. No issues with them coming inside though.

Excellent condo!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was clean and well organized. The condo is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view is amazing! We have stayed in this condo before, and each time we have enjoyed it. We plan to stay again next year in this condo and have already reserved it. We also enjoyed going to the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, and it is only a short drive away.

Very nice place. Clean. On the corner at the end of the beach- fantastic. Master is very nice and the other three are smaller but good. We had 4 bedrooms, would be helpful to have more than two keys and door passes.

The location is beautiful. The primary bedroom lacks storage. No closet and only one dresser. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. Again, the location makes up for any shortcomings. A beautiful corner unit where you get the best of the ocean and the back bay.

Nicely furnished and well equipped unit. Wonderful views. Parking and keys are a problem as only two spaces and two keys are provided which was not enough for three families in a 4 bedroom unit. Also one elevator was out of service and the working one was as far away as possible from our unit, and the pool in building A was closed so the building B pool got very crowded

Family vacation

Condo is great and was perfect for our two families! We enjoyed the living room and kitchen space as well as bedrooms. The pool in building (B) was nice (the bathroom needs cleaned regularly). Disappointed that the swimup bar was closed and elevator had some malfunctioning. Very disappointed that we paid for a balcony that we could not use due to the infestation of bugs and spiders. We attempted to spray and the mgmt company came one day but the building/ balcony needs a regular power wash and scrub. Otherwise not worth the additional money. We also could not open windows due to bugs/spiders inside windows and screens. However it was a beautiful condo and beach - we had a great vacation. We just wouldn’t pay this price again if we can’t use the balcony or open windows to sit outside/hear the ocean.

location

the condo being oceanfront is great. however..the place is infested with Furrow Spiders. We had a wonderful balcony that we could not use because there were spiders everywhere..we could not open the windows to get the ocean breezes because all the windows had the spiders living in them. went to use the pools and the spiders were there also.even on the railings to hold on to while entering the pool. The inside of the condo was clean and had everything we could need..however..not being able to use the balcony was a big reason we will not be returning.

No housekeeping at the condo. Poor response from VACASA regarding issues.

I have been renting at these condos for over 10 years. I love the 4 bedroom condo in the Sanctuary condos and in previous stays have had excellent experiences. But this year was a fiasco. No housekeeping services were provided before we arrived, we had a broken elevator, so we had to carry everything up 3 stories, and then we had to clean the 4 bdrm, 4 bath condo. And then a false alarm in the middle of the night requiring us to evacuate at 3 am. False alarm was due to the broken elevator system. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this condo to anyone until they get better building and housekeeping management.
