The property is known as Dolphin Run Condos. My unit has been upgraded with new stainless steel ceramic top stove, granite top counters, a new king bed in the master bedroom and fresh painting with cheery ocean colors. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves and the boats going out and returning from the marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. At times you may see the dolphins running! For those who like fishing, you can fish right off the pier in Rudee's Inlet or go across the street and arrange a deep sea fishing expedition. While most will want to enjoy the beach, the property has an indoor pool that is kept at 84 degs. year round. The lobby is large and with an expansive view of the beach. Please view all the pictures. See #'s 35 and 36 of the Kiddie Park out front on the beach.

Great location

The place was neat and everything we needed was included. Check in/out was very easy. You can’t beat the location- beachfront with a playground for kids! We would stay here again.

Wonderful beach vacation

What a stunning building! It offers a serene atmosphere, convenient onsite parking, and direct access to the beautiful beachfront. With fantastic restaurants and charming shops just a leisurely stroll away, and its close proximity to the Navy base, this location couldn’t be more perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

VA Beach Holiday

Great for two families with toddlers

The unit is perfect for 2 sets of parents and 2 toddlers…each have their own side of the condo. Ocean view (sunrises and dolphins) was spectacular.

We enjoyed our first visit to VA beach. The location of this condo was IDEAL. Literally steps from the beach and the quiet end of the boardwalk but SO close and within walking distance to everything. Communication with Howard was excellent.

Fabulous Stay

The property is located in a perfect place so the beach is not over crowded. Easy check-in and out instructions. It was nice not to worry about a room key. Staff at the condo were very pleasant and helpful. Condo was clean. The property manager was always quick with a response if you needed anything..highly recommend!!!!

Nice condo

Nice condo in a nice location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the beach. Within walking to many shops and restaurants. Watched dolphins for a whole afternoon. Kids enjoyed the pool on cloudy days. Good communication with the owner.

Really liked the layout of the condo. Nice kitchen and family space. Unfortunately, there was work being done on the balcony’s on the building so we didn’t get to spend much time outside. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Quick Weekend Get A Way

This is 2nd time staying in complex, but 1st time in this unit. The indoor pool and the wonderful playground on the beach nearby was great for our 4 year old grandson. Wee walked to places to eat and shop a block away sold milk and other items that were convenient, so never had to drive anywhere. It rained off and on and was cloudy the whole time, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Convenient Location

Room was clean and well equipped. Location is very close walking distance to good restaurants which is a big plus. Facilities are somewhat dated but OK. We arrived at the end of a festival which had access to the boardwalk and beach closed off in front of building which was disappointing. It opened up on our last day. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with. We will probably go back again but will be careful not to book around any festivals.
