Standing on the Moon One Block to the Beach

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Everything. One block off the beach, Music Stages, Dining, and nightclubs all walking distance. Stay above one of the coolest shops in VA beach Half MoonMusic. we welcome up to 4 adults and + 2 children under 18.


“During the summer months the store below host an open mic on Sunday evenings. This runs from around 6pm-10pm on the lower deck which the apartments staircase/entryway shares. Its audible from the living room of the apartment and loading in/out may be difficult(but not impossible) during this time.”

Basic, exactly what was needed

Staying in a beach town in the off season can be challenging but this spot is great! Walking distance to restaurants, the water and more! I enjoyed the accommodations and felt perfectly safe as a solo traveler in this area.

Happy on the Half Moon

My husband and two of my children loved the place! We were close to the beach and local shops/restaurants. There was everything we needed and just enough space for us all to fully relax. We will definitely try to come back again someday!

This beach apartment was perfect for us. Super close to the beach, and fun 60's/70's vibe in the apartment. The place was very clean, we were able to check in a bit early, and the host was super responsive. We'd definitely stay there again.

Father/Sons getaway

Rich and Laura's place is a very nice and unique place to stay. It is within walking distance for just about everything we needed. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a nice clean place to stay, with the beach and entertainment a short distance away. If I ever make it back this would be at the top of my list to stay.
