TOP FLOOR RENTAL OVERLOOKING POOL AND TROPICAL OASIS

Petronia unit A is our top floor vacation home located in Virginia Beach, 3 minute walk from the boardwalk and sand. This home (650 sq. ft.) offers one bedroom, one full bath and sleeps 4 comfortably. As you enter you will notice the vaulted ceiling and tropical décor in the living room that has a pullout sofa bed. The bedroom has one queen bed and the bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and two sinks. The outfitted gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertop and tiled backsplash. Other bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, bistro table and outdoor porch.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable.
