Summary:
Located in the heart of Old Beach with numerous restaurants, bars, high end supermarkets, and the boardwalk all within walking distance from the home.
The home is professionally designed with detailed amenities for our guests throughout the home consisting of 2 king size beds, two bunk beds, 1 queen bed, and a sofa sleeper pull-out.

Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable. We have created a space for you to escape the daily routine and enter a world of possibilities making your stay personal, comfortable, and effortless.

This home can accommodate two vehicles per stay, please contact us if further accommodations are needed. Do not park on the street from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, you will be towed or ticketed.

The Neighborhood:
Old Beach in Virginia Beach is one of the most walkable areas in town.

Other Things to Note:
Parking only for two vehicles in the driveway and one mid-size car in the garage. There is no first floor bedroom. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Nice location in VA Beach, VA

This place is managed by a property management company so communication was timely and efficient. The place was clean and provided enough of the necessary amenities for vacation stays such as linen, washer pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Some suggestions would be to provide a vacuum cleaner to help with clean up.The location off the property was sublime!

It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Family and pet friendly. The aquarium was a great place to visit.

Amazing place

It was close to the oceanfront and such a cute place to stay. Very clean and fresh. Parking was tight but they made accommodations. Felt safe in area and enjoyed stay. Would stay here again.

Beach Reunion

Property was absolutely ready for prime time. Rooms and baths were spacious, comfortable and clean. Family felt at home. Enjoyed the close access to beach just walking. Very quiet and safe area. On property parking was a plus.

Great stay!

The house is wonderful! It was clean and comfortable for our family vacation with 6 people. The location is close enough to walk to the beach (about 2 blocks) and very walkable to food, entertainment, beach, etc. the house is facing the ally (the ally is pretty quiet) and parking can be tight, but this is the nature of the area- it is a beach town with lots of rental properties. This was a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

The best time!

We loved our stay at this property! It was close to the beach, super clean and modern, and the host was able to accomodate last minute requests for linens and blankets! They are very responsive through the app if you have any questions or need anything! This place suited our need for a place for our team to stay, bond, and socialise! We loved it!
