Search Bed and Breakfast in Virginia

"Room was clean, plenty of space and very modern. Shower pressure was very low, temperature good. At check-in, the staff couldn’t answer the most basic questions around eating areas and timings. Ate in lobby, dirty tables and food remaining on floor. Service quite slow and some food had to be returned however manager sorted this out. We were aware that others complained about the food. Breakfast wasn’t great, slow service for tea/coffee and had to wait a while for staff to restock eggs, mushrooms, sausages. The breakfast room wasn’t full at this stage. Within the spa there was no hot water for tea/coffee. Pool water could have been warmer, overall spa area was tired. Surprised there were no hot tubs."

"There were a few things, fittings, finishes etc that needed some attention. The fact that the lift does not cover all floors is a negative."
