"This was clean and a good place to stay for an older casino. The parking is convenient and the room was nice. The current elevator situation is not convenient, but staff were kind to help us out with using the staff elevator. It was easy to reach restaurants and a movie theater. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends."

"Overall the stay was great with the exception of the morning of checkout. Checkout was at 12PM which we were very excited about because we were looking forward to sleeping in. However, the housekeeper on our floor (6th floor Aspen) woke us up around 9AM due to her having a conversation with someone over the phone with them on speakerphone. She was speaking very loudly to the point that we were able to hear the whole conversation. About 30 minutes later, someone in person started having a conversation with her as well and we were completely woken up for the day as they were both very loud. I would also like to mention that our room did not get cleaned at all the Saturday we were there despite housekeeping being on our floor and no sign on our doorknob. Thankfully we were able to make it with the items we had in our room, but that would have also been helpful. We will consider staying again, but will likely look for other options just in case."

"We enjoyed our stay at GDW. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is a basic no frills hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was very quiet but we were by the stairs and the door kept slamming. The free breakfast was very good and filling. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again. Our only complaint is the cigarette smoke in the casino. The casino needs better ventilation. We did not bowl this time but enjoyed it last time. There is a strip mall across the street with restaurants, Dollar Tree and Grocery Outlet. Parking is usually available and convenient."

"While we were there we met with the owner and his wife on the patio and heard all about their future plane to make their place even better. We were ot there for over an hour just interacting with them, they are very socialable. All the staff we met were extremely anxious to help in any way they could."
