"The Walden Haus was a wonderful place to have a family get together. It easily accommodated four couples and a baby. Plenty of room to hang out and have family game nights. The location was perfect to accommodate the golfers with plenty of outdoor activities for non-golfers, too. We’re already thinking about staying again."

"Our multi-gen family has long been searching for a cabin we would like to come back to every summer. Of the many stays we have booked, this cabin was my favorite. The lake is quiet and beautiful. The whole layout of the cabin is arranged to facilitate time together. The cabin was clean, intuitive, and the mattresses and pillows were high quality and comfortable. Two things we wish we knew before: the dock is not easily accessible- the path the to beach is steep enough that the gravel that was chosen slides underfoot with each step. At the beach there is about a 10 foot stretch of boulders that shift when you walk out to the dock. We had my parents and kids with us - multiple people fell even while trying to be careful. One of the kids that fell, ending up getting a rock lodged in his knee, leaving a wound big enough for stitches.The other issue is that the 6th bedroom should not be listed as a bedroom, it is a bed in a hallway next to the bathroom and railing overlooking the living room and kitchen. Rough sleep for the person who got stuck with that bed.Once again however, I want to stress that this was truly one of the most magical stays in my countless number of Vrbo stays. The outdoor area and complete privacy made the stay magical. Awesome options for hiking and day trips if you can get yourself to leave the lake. If I was looking for a place for my immediate family to stay and I did not need to be concerned about mobility, I would rebook this stay in a heartbeat."

"This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was perfect. It had everything; large refrig, large tv, huge A/C. Very very clean. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Centrally located in the city and the Range."

"A great place for 3 adults to stay for a weekend of golf. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to Giants Ridge and walking distance from a grocery store and restaurants. If your traveling with a pet, the yard appears to be fenced in but it is not. There are fences on each side of the property blocking the neighboring houses but the front and back are open. Not an issue if you bring a leash but something to be aware of. Overall this is a great rental and was the perfect spot for us."

"Very beautiful piece of property. The lake was clean, Loons, fish and deer were wonderful to see. Nice quiet spot to relax. Fresh firewood was dropped off, (very considerate) We had a great stay. Bring your own toilet facility, outhouse was very sketchy."
