"Room was very clean and view of the ocean from balcony was great! Staff was very nice. The beds were suppose to be Queen and they weren't, as they were also very uncomfortable. Parking was tight as other guests would take up 2 spots. Didn't like guests from other hotels were parking in our parking deck. Lastly, it was a little uncomfortable each morning going to breakfast and the amount of homeless that were also enjoying our free breakfast."

"The guard at entrance was friendly and helpful. I went to registration and found the check in lady very nice and helpful. I inquired if I could move up to a 3 bedroom and pay the difference? She said the hotel was full n Saturday and Sunday. I noticed there were not many cars at the hotel during our whole stay. The suite was very spacious, clean, and comfortable plus well equipped. On our Check out day, I requested an hour later check out. I was informed I could not because they had already given out all their late check outs? I’ve never had this happen at other properties. Again I did not see very many cars outside in parking lot. The washer and dryer were a pleasant touch. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well. I had to run it again without soap so as to make sure they were clean. The carpeting is very dark and seems dirty. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast before my other family members were to arrive. The staff were wonderful. The food was ok. It seemed the toast and potato’s were old tasting. Only ate the omelette. I feel bad to say this because all the wait, mgt, and cook were very sweet and professional. All in all the property grounds are beautiful and the suite was enjoyable. The location was perfect for all we planned to do."

"Poor cleaning, dry blood stained covers, the house keeper only took out the trash. The manager was not helpful and not accommodating of us asking for extra towels and actual clean covers and that the housekeeper didn't clean. While not their fault but the elevator was down. No wifi or more power outlets, broken mirror."

"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the staff’s lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. It was very clear that the staff members were not on the same page with each other, which created confusion, delays, and unnecessary frustration throughout my stay. I received conflicting information from different employees, and no one seemed willing to take accountability or properly resolve concerns. Communication with guests was poor, and at times the staff came across as dismissive and unorganized rather than helpful or accommodating. For the amount paid and the expectations associated with staying here, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. Professionalism, coordination, and customer care should be a priority at any hotel, and unfortunately this location failed in all three areas during my visit. I would strongly recommend improvements in staff training, internal communication, and overall guest relations moving forward."
