Parking for one (1) standard sized vehicle allowed on premises. No smoking or illicit drugs. Smoking violation fine is $250 for cleaning/odor removal.
No overnight visitors or guests after 11pm, fines are $50 p/person, p/night. No parties/get togethers. No pets or animals, fine is $250 and removal
A government issued ID prior to check-in or at check-in may be required from adult guests to verify the identity of guests and for security purposes
